By accessing this website and placing an order with Gift A Quran, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these guidelines, you should avoid placing orders through our platform.
2. User Obligations
When submitting shipping details during checkout, you agree to provide completely accurate, current, and true information (including sender name, receiver name, accurate landmark, and working 10-digit mobile numbers). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address entries or unreachable mobile numbers.
3. Commercial Purchases & Prices
All prices listed on our product catalogue are flat, transparent, and subject to change without separate notice.
• Order Processing: We reserve the right to pause or reject any order batch if there is a logistics breakdown, courier route closure, or systemic error in your checkout parameters.
COD Surcharge & Compliance
By choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, you agree to clear the final invoice amount directly with the courier agent when your parcel arrives. The added ₹149.00 logistics surcharge is an absolute courier handling fee required to run secure COD operations safely. Repeated refusal of booked COD orders will result in permanent system blocking of your phone number from future dispatches.
4. Print & Binding Variations
We do our best to maintain uniform standards across all our Arabic print runs. However, slight natural differences in page borders, cover velvet texture tones, or ribbon marker hues are normal and part of standard physical publishing conditions.
