Order Processing & Dispatch

We try our best to process and prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Every order goes through a careful manual check before being packed.

• Dispatch Timeline: All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Delivery Timelines

We ship our products across most locations in India. Once your order is dispatched from our distribution desk, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 4 business days.
Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Districts): 4 to 6 business days.
Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days depending on local courier access.

Shipping Rates & Surcharges

We believe in transparent pricing. Our standard shipping is absolutely free, but payment choices include specific handling parameters:

Standard Delivery: FREE shipping across India on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A logistics surcharge of ₹149.00 is added to all COD orders. This is an additional courier handling fee required to manage courier return risks.

Safe Packaging Standards

We respect the books we sell. Every single order is packed carefully using customized thick boxes and bubble wrapping to make sure your package arrives at your doorstep safely and without any damage during delivery.

Order Tracking

We partner only with trusted delivery partners (like BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post) to ship your parcels. As soon as your package is dispatched, you can track it live using our Track Order Desk or via the tracking link sent to your registered mobile number.
